About Rebekah

I’m a coach, educator, and facilitator based in Atlanta, Georgia.

My work is rooted in psychology, intentional living, and a deep curiosity about what helps people feel more connected—to themselves, to others, to nature, and to a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.

My Story

Like many people, my path into this work didn’t begin with certainty—it began with my own lived experience of loneliness and disconnection.

Over time, I became deeply interested in figuring out how to live a life that felt worth living. That curiosity (need, really) led me to a Master’s degree in Humanistic Psychology, coach training through the Holistic Coach Institute and many years of just learning & trying things out.

It has been a true journey, and I’m honored to hold space for people who want to live more fulfilling lives.

My Approach

My approach is integrative and practical. I draw from:

  • Humanistic and positive psychology

  • Holistic coaching

  • Mind-body awareness & mindfulness

  • Nature based therapy
